Elements inspected:

Technical inspections aim to restore the cooling tower’s original performance while reducing operational costs from excessive consumption of electricity, water and treatment chemicals. Each component is checked for:

  • Overall condition;
  • Optimal performance;
  • Material Degradation;
  • Level of fouling in the tower.


We check the condition and cleanliness of cooling equipment. Sediments, scaling, corrosive substances, sludge, algae, etc. reduce efficiency.

We assess the condition and operation of every component. If any are found defective, we provide repair or replacement recommendations.

Following technical inspection, we issue a corresponding inspection report detailiing:
